Suggested Usage

IGNITION SWITCH USAGE:

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercising. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking IGNITION SWITCH.

HYDRAULIC USAGE:

Prior to training, take a big pump serving (1 scoop) or extreme pump serving (2 scoops) by mixing thoroughly with 8-10 ounces of cold water or beverage of choice.
