Warranty Information

You get a national supplier's warranty with all goods purchased in Southern Workout Store Online. So you can take comfort that buying online will give you full Australian warranty coverage, the same as if you picked it up from the store yourself.

Warranty commences on the date of purchase from Southern Workout Store Online as marked on invoice. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear; user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non-authorised service technician.

Our suppliers have a roving network of warranty repairers. They will try to resolve the problem on the phone or by sending out parts to you, but if this doesn't work, they will arrange a repairer to either visit your home/workplace (except in distant regional areas), or attend to the warranty repair at a nearby location.

We do our best to try and make sure that we always have spare parts in stock for the machines we sell or can at least get the parts you need. Sometimes we may require a part to be returned to us as proof of the problem however most of the time some clear photographs are all we need and we can have the replacements out to you ASAP.
